Pilot In Command

Our pilot's are responsible for operating aircraft safely and efficiently while ensuring the highest level of passenger, crew, and cargo safety. Required to perform pre-flight planning, conduct in-flight operations, monitor aircraft systems, and communicate with air traffic control to ensure smooth and compliant flight operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate aircraft in accordance with federal aviation regulations and company procedures

  • Conduct thorough pre-flight inspections and review flight plans, weather reports, and fuel requirements

  • Navigate aircraft using instruments, controls, and communication systems

  • Communicate with air traffic control to maintain safe and efficient flight paths

  • Monitor aircraft performance, systems, and weather conditions during flight

  • Manage crew coordination and ensure effective communication in the cockpit

  • Respond appropriately to in-flight emergencies and abnormal situations

  • Complete post-flight documentation and aircraft logs

  • Maintain up-to-date certifications, training, and proficiency checks

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Valid commercial or airline transport pilot license (CPL or ATPL)

  • Required flight time - 750 hours of PIC

  • Strong understanding of aviation regulations, meteorology, and aircraft systems

  • Excellent communication, decision-making, and situational awareness

  • Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure

  • Strong teamwork and leadership abilities

Preferred Qualifications​

  • Experience in commercial, military, or corporate aviation

Human Resources

The Human Resources (HR) Specialist/Manager will support the organization by managing key HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, training, and compliance. This role will help foster a positive workplace culture and ensures the company’s HR policies align with organizational goals and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding new employees

  • Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality

  • Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices

  • Handle employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions

  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and leave policies

  • Support performance management processes, including evaluations and goal-setting

Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Mechanic

Our Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Mechanic's are responsible for inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and servicing our aircraft to ensure they meet safety standards and regulatory requirements. Our A&P mechanics will work on all parts of our aircraft, including the airframe, engines, systems, and components, ensuring safe and efficient operation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance, inspections, and repairs

  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and structural issues on aircraft

  • Repair and replace defective parts, including engines, landing gear, brakes, and hydraulic systems

  • Conduct routine inspections as required by the FAA and manufacturer guidelines

  • Maintain detailed logs, maintenance records, and compliance documentation

  • Test aircraft systems and components after repairs to ensure proper function

  • Use technical manuals, schematics, and engineering data to complete tasks

  • Ensure all maintenance work meets regulatory, safety, and quality standards

  • Collaborate with pilots, engineers, and maintenance teams to resolve issues

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment and follow all safety practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification

  • Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, engines, and maintenance procedures

  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics

  • Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills

Flight Dispatcher / Scheduler

Our Flight Dispatcher, is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring flights to ensure the safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance of all flight operations. Dispatchers work closely with pilots, maintenance teams, and air traffic control to create flight plans, manage risks, and support the safe execution of each flight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and file flight plans based on weather conditions, aircraft performance, fuel requirements, and operational considerations

  • Monitor weather forecasts, NOTAMs, airspace restrictions, and operational updates throughout each flight

  • Coordinate with pilots to review flight plans, route adjustments, and performance data before departure

  • Track flights in progress and provide updates or rerouting recommendations as needed

  • Communicate with air traffic control, ground crews, maintenance personnel, and company operations teams

  • Ensure flights comply with FAA regulations, company policies, and safety standards

  • Calculate fuel needs, weight and balance data, alternate airports, and potential hazards

  • Maintain accurate records of flight releases, delays, cancellations, and operational decisions

  • Respond to irregular operations, emergencies, and unexpected events by providing operational guidance and support

  • Assist in operational planning, scheduling, and aircraft utilization

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • FAA Aircraft Dispatcher Certificate (or ability to obtain one)

  • Strong knowledge of meteorology, aviation regulations, and aircraft performance

  • Strong computer skills, including familiarity with dispatch systems and flight planning software

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in flight operations, dispatch, or airline operations centers

  • Experience with specific fleet types or dispatch systems

  • Familiarity with company operations specifications and FAA Part 121/135 requirements
